Licensing Agreement

1. Introduction

This Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of AdBlockDetector.app (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to payment of applicable fees, AdBlockDetector.app grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service solely for your own business or personal website(s).

3. Restrictions

• You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service.
• You may not reverse engineer, modify, or copy the Service code.
• You may not use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes.

4. Ownership

All rights, titles, and interests in the Service remain with AD Block Detector LLC. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights other than the limited license expressly granted herein.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Service and remove all associated code from your systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdBlockDetector.app shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Modifications

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
